Another day at work with on only 3 hours of sleep!  I’m so dang tired I can’t stand it.  I didn’t go to work yesterday but still couldn’t get any restful sleep.  I’m not sure what’s going on.  I have some worries but nothing I haven’t been through before.  Also, I’m not hungry.  Usually the pattern is to turn to food.  This is the first time I’m not hungry and keep forgetting to eat.  That’s not good.  My whole left side of my body is out of whack; has been for several weeks now.   I’m hoping to get into a Feldenkrais specialist within the next few days.  She will be able to put my body back in balance and help with the sleeping. 

Still having a hard time not doing any cardio this week.  No treadmill, elliptical, or biking.  I will be resting up my knees and legs for Tuesday’s workout with Dave.  I will be running again, if my body will allow it of course.  My workout with Dave yesterday was ALL strength training.  Mostly upper body.  I’m sore today but tomorrow I’ll really feel it!  It seems the sore muscles appear 1 1/2 to 2 days after.  I will be practicing my underwater lap everyday until Tuesday; 4 days until my deadline of getting it accomplished!

UPDATE:  I also need to get back to checking my blood sugar levels…I’ve been slacking and forgetting.  I’m writing this here so I will be held accountable and I know a few of you who will remind me 🙂  I’m sure that will help me figure out what’s going on.  I should probably, even though my levels have been great lately (when I checked them last month), I really need to continue to monitor.  For those who don’t know, I’m a type 2 Diabetic.
